• I have the right to reject any inquiry for any reason.

• Currency accepted is either USD or preferably Euro and can be paid through PayPal or bank transfer in case of german customers. 

​

• Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

• The time it takes to finish your commission varies between  1 week - a month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, and con seasons. 

​

• I will try to show you as many WIPs (Work in Progress) pictures as I can and will update you before every mayor step.

​

• At first you will recieve a basic sketch that you need to approve before I officially accept the commission to ensure we're on the same page and I am able to visualize what you want accordingly.

​

• After I recieved the payment I will begin with a clean sketch. In this step you have to let me know if changes should be made. This wont be possible anymore after the lineart is done.

​

• After the lineart is approved I will begin with the base colours and no changes can be made to the overall composition and character.

​

• Changes from here on will be charged with an extra fee.

​

• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a watermarked version for social media. There is NO physical product exept for traditional art. In that case you will recieve a tracking number and the original via DHL (Germany and Austria only!)

• If for any reason I am unable to start/work on your commission you will receive a full refund.

​

• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

​

• If you cancel your order before I started it, you will not be charged anything.

​

• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself as soon as I can.

• I reserve the right to cancel the order at any time for any reason.

​

• I retrain all copyrights over the commissioned work.

​

• I will NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned art.

​

• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

​

• I reserve the right to post commissioned work on my social media, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as artbooks with credit to the commissioner.

• YOU may upload the commissioned watermarked artwork on any website or social media.

​

• YOU may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece. It is for PERSONAL purposes only. DO NOT resell the image to third parties (i.e. make prints or merchandise from my artwork for sale, or resell the original digital image for money)

• YOU may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.

​

• YOU retrain the rights to the interllectual property (IP)

​

• YOU may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. For these please contact me to discuss acording prices.
